There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am to have worked with Gabriella at my wedding. Before the pandemic-- she was always helpful, timely, and so detailed. Then she continued to work tirelessly through three postponements because of the pandemic. She took care of EVERYTHING!! She contacted all of the vendors every time we had to reschedule, helped me find replacement vendors, and helped me find a new venue. So many details had to be changed within weeks of our wedding, and Gabriella stayed calm through it all. When the big day finally came, I didn't have an ounce of stress because I knew Gabriella and her team would treat my day like it was their own. Our wedding was a dream.

We used Ella Events for our wedding planning starting at 60 days out. Gabriella helped us tie up all of the loose ends pre-wedding and took over all communication with vendors (such a relief). On wedding day, she was calm, cool, collected and never batted an eye when I asked her to go up to my room 10+ times because I forgot things. She was able to wrangle all of our family & friends in a smooth organized manner and executed our wedding FLAWLESSLY, everything was on time and if there were any issues she found a solution without having to even ask us. She truly was able to read my mind and knew what I needed before I even asked. Her team was so sweet and their communication between each other was a big part of why our day went so smoothly. 100/10 could not recommend more. They were the BEST!!!!

Bride’s Perspective: Hiring Gabriella and her team was the best decision we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, Gabriella made me feel comfortable and confident that she could help me bring my vision to life. After postponing our wedding for a year, I had changed my mind a few times about our theme and details but Gabriella didn’t miss a beat. Her ability to take our conversations and create fresh ideas that felt unique to us and our wedding impressed me throughout the process. I always felt at ease after our conversations and that she could make anything happen for us.
I can’t say enough about how instrumental 'Ella Events was on the day of our wedding. My dad remarked several times that Gabriella was “everywhere” and made us all feel at ease on one of the biggest days of our lives. I can’t even imagine our wedding without her influence and support - she is truly incredible at her job. Don’t waste another minute considering your wedding planner - Gabriella will be the best decision you'll make!
Groom’s Perspective: I was initially very hesitant to hire a planner considering the size and cost of our wedding. I can say now that Gabriella is worth every penny. She made the planning process a breeze and made the day of truly care-free so we could have focus on having the best night of our lives. She took stress out of the planning process by being a sounding board for ideas and offering her perspective and experience to make them better. She confidently dealt with the all vendors and venue so we could focus on the things that were important to us. I cannot recommend ‘Ella events and Gabriella enough for your wedding or upcoming party.

If I could give Gabriella and her team 100 stars I would! Planning a wedding is not easy but thanks to Gabby my husband and I were completely stress free. Gabby is extremely detail oriented and didn’t leave a single stone unturned. She was available night and day to answer any questions we had and always was a step ahead of us when it came to communication with vendors or coordinating meetings or walk throughs. We really owe the majority of the success of our wedding day to this team! My husband and I were able to fully be present and enjoy our wedding and focus on our friends and family while Gabby handled any bumps in the road. Could not be more grateful to them. Gianna and Tianna were also extremely helpful during the day of the wedding as well and we felt super comfortable with the entire team. So incredibly happy to work with Gabriella and would highly recommend her to any future couples.

5 stars is not enough to show our gratitude for Gabby and her team! My husband didn't think we needed a planner when we first got engaged and boy was he wrong (and even admitted it)! Gabby gave us the wedding we didn't even know that we were dreaming of. Nothing could have went more perfectly. She was amazing giving her personal recommendations for vendors to work with; and was so creative in the decor of the wedding to make it beautiful and pinterest worthy! On top of that, she is extremely prompt, responds thoroughly and immediately, and is extremely professional. When asked if wedding planning was stressful, I always respond with "not when you have a planner as amazing as mine". I would recommend Gabby strongly to every engaged couple so that they can have the wedding of their dream just like we did! Thank you Gabby!

“The true star of the show!”
I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Gabby and her team for your special day! Wedding planning took such a toll on me. It was so stressful and so expensive and it felt like there were a million different pieces that had to be managed at the same time. I honestly felt so overwhelmed and under water with it all. This was when I finally caved and decided to hire a planner to get me across the finish line and gabby did just that and so so so much more for me. She not only quickly responded to and managed every single call, email, text from me or my vendors but she was like a best friend throughout the entire process and wedding day. Gabby truly reduced my anxiety and stress and helped take on the majority of tasks and burden that comes with planning a wedding off of me. She responded to every single text and email extremely fast, helped solve every pickle, kept me on track with everything I needed to do, and was truly my side kick throughout the entire process and day. On the wedding day she handled every single detail so I was able to just enjoy getting ready - built my DIY stuff, set up every detail we talked about previously, handled all of the vendors, and regularly checked in on me to make sure I was good. I honestly believe my wedding wouldn’t of been nearly as spectacular as it was without her and her team. You would be making a huge huge mistake to not spend the money and have her on your team for your day. She was why my day was so special - the true star of the show!

Gabby was phenomenal! After two postponed weddings due to Covid and the weather, we were devastated. She took our wedding blues and made them disappear completely, reminding us what was most important - us, celebrating our love and the new chapter in our lives. I explained what I was looking for and she brought it to life. She thought of every detail (including all the ones I forgot about or had given up on actually happening!) She put that extra special touch into every single ascent for our elopement weekend. She found the perfect spot on the beach for us, made the arch for us, took the most stunning photos, helped me with my dress and hair, and even had flowers ready to go for us. She was there for every phone call, every question and though of so many creative ways to make our day possible, making the entire planning process stress free.
