Ella Events is led by Gabriella Marie, but working with Ella means working directly with Gabriella. From your first call through your last song, she’s the person learning how you think, understanding what matters most to you, and staying three steps ahead of what you’ll need next. Her clients describe her as calm, thoughtful, and somehow able to know what they need before they have to ask.

Since 2015, Gabriella has planned celebrations throughout Florida and in destinations including New York, New Jersey, Napa Valley, Palm Springs, Texas, Colorado, and beyond. With a background in hospitality and more than a decade spent producing weddings and events, she brings both the experience to manage the complexity behind the scenes and the personal attention to make the process feel entirely your own.

Then she continued to work tirelessly through three postponements because of the pandemic. She took care of EVERYTHING!! She contacted all of the vendors every time we had to reschedule, helped me find replacement vendors, and helped me find a new venue. So many details had to be changed within weeks of our wedding, and Gabriella stayed calm through it all. “100/10 could not recommend more”

We used Ella Events for our wedding planning starting at 60 days out. Gabriella helped us tie up all of the loose ends pre-wedding and took over all communication with vendors (such a relief). On wedding day, she was calm, cool, collected and never batted an eye when I asked her to go up to my room 10+ times because I forgot things. She was able to wrangle all of our family & friends in a smooth organized manner and executed our wedding FLAWLESSLY, everything was on time and if there were any issues she found a solution without having to even ask us. She truly was able to read my mind and knew what I needed before I even asked. Her team was so sweet and their communication between each other was a big part of why our day went so smoothly. 100/10 could not recommend more. They were the BEST!!!!
